Polly Bloom – Divorce & Couples Clarity Coach

I work with individuals at all stages of separation and divorce, from those contemplating leaving a relationship, to those struggling to rebuild their lives afterward. While I support both men and women, the majority of my clients are midlife women facing the emotional turmoil of betrayal after decades-long marriages. Many have been blindsided by infidelity or the sudden breakdown of their relationship, leaving them feeling lost, overwhelmed, and uncertain about the future. I help them process grief, rebuild confidence, and regain a sense of self-worth so they can move forward with strength and clarity.

About Paula

Paula, also known as Polly Bloom, is an accredited Divorce & Couples Clarity Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and the author of Keep on Swimming, Freddie!, A children’s book designed to help young minds navigate the complexities of divorce. With experience as a Learning Mentor in a primary school, two children of her own, and having personally gone through a difficult divorce, Paula understands how challenging it can be for children to express their emotions during parental separation. Her book not only supports children in understanding divorce but also serves as a valuable guide for parents.

Ending a marriage is often far more challenging; both emotionally and financially, than entering one. Through proven strategies and techniques, Paula empowers her clients to heal from heartbreak, manage conflict effectively, build confidence, self-worth, and resilience, and transition from pain to a more fulfilling life. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, she integrates powerful emotional clearance techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients release emotional blockages, reprogram negative thought patterns, and regain control over their lives. She offers one-on-one coaching and 24/7 support, ensuring her clients never feel alone during this journey.

Divorce coaching is a flexible, goal-oriented process designed to provide support, motivation, and guidance during one of life’s most difficult transitions. Paula helps individuals make informed, constructive decisions for their future in a safe, non-judgmental environment. She firmly believes that it’s not what happens to you that defines you, but how you respond to it. By confronting fears and stepping beyond your comfort zone, it’s possible to move forward with dignity, grace, and the opportunity to create your best life.

Testimonials

“I have worked with multiple therapists and Paula has a way that is unique compared to all. I feel very cared for with Paula. I feel more than just one of her clients, but someone who she really cares about. Also I feel she is extremely down to earth, practical and insightful. I actually wanted suggestions and I wanted honest talk and honest feedback and this is what I got. This approach broke through my constantly thinking and unhelpful mind. She helped me to see clearly the pros and cons of my thinking towards divorce and this clarity helped with my head and also to know clearly I do not want to divorce my wife. Thank you Paula.”
